Boudreaux Cellars is a must see for small to medium sized groups who are looking for high-end, premium red wine. The setting is stunning and rustic and the wines top notch. In a car you can drive over the small wooden bridge right up to the winery. Rob Newsom, owner and winemaker, focus his magical winemaking efforts into just a few wines made with grapes from the states most respected vineyards. This is a spot you will not want to miss visiting. Also- check out their website to read about the wines... that's a lot of fun too.
Just a note of caution, large buses have to let their group out before the bridge and hike down a gravel road to the winery. Also, the main road leading up to the winery is uphill and windy- with few markers to let you know you're on the right track. So be sure to get good directions and follow them closely. Schedule a little extra time to get to and from this winery.
